These terms apply to the use of e:corg one (app.ecorg.one) by companies and their users. By creating an account or using the service on behalf of a company you accept them for that company. e:corg one is intended for businesses, not for consumers.
1. The service
e:corg one is cloud software for stock, purchase and sales documents, payments and accounting postings for stores and warehouses in Romania and Bulgaria. We develop it continuously: features may be added, changed or retired. Features marked "soon" are not part of the service until they are released.
2. Accounts and users
- Give accurate information about yourself and your company and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite into your organization.
- Tell us at hello@ecorg.one if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Plans and prices
- Starter: €7 per month, for exactly one store and up to 500 items.
- Standard: €20 per month for each store (including the first), for more than one store or more than 500 items.
- Prices are in euro, exclude VAT and are billed monthly. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance; they apply from the next billing period.
4. Your data
The business data you enter belongs to your company. We process it only to provide the service, on your instructions, as your processor under Article 28 GDPR: under confidentiality, with appropriate security, with the sub-processors listed in our Data Processing Agreement, section 6 (including MARQL LTD for the marql analytics built into e:corg one, on by default and which your organization can turn off; see Privacy Policy, section 5), and with help for your data-subject requests and audits where the law requires it. You can export your data at any time. After the subscription ends you can still export your data for 30 days from our notice that it has ended; then we delete it as described in the Data Processing Agreement, section 9, unless the law requires us to keep it.
5. Tax and accounting responsibility
e:corg one prepares documents, postings, e-Factura, SAF-T and VAT files from the data you enter. Your company and its accountant remain responsible for the correctness of that data and of anything submitted to ANAF, the NRA (NAP) or other authorities. Check documents before posting and filing. e:corg one does not replace a fiscal cash register, a certified SUPTO or an accountant.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to store content you have no right to process.
- Do not try to access other organizations' data, test the service's security without our written consent, or overload it.
- Do not resell the service without our agreement.
7. Availability and third parties
We work to keep the service available and to announce planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Services run by others (ANAF SPV, VIES, banks, marketplaces, couriers) may be unavailable or change; we are not responsible for their outages.
8. Intellectual property
The software, the e:corg one name, logo and mascot belong to the operator. You receive a right to use the service for your business for the duration of your subscription.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit or lost data that could have been exported, and our total liability is limited to the fees your company paid in the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.
10. Ending the subscription
You can cancel at any time; the subscription ends at the close of the paid month. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms, after notice where reasonable.
11. Changes and governing law
We announce changes to these terms at least 30 days before they apply, in the application or by email. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is registered, and disputes go to the competent courts there, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
